When is the event?

The event will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 12:00-5:15 p.m. ET. /9:00 a.m.- 2:15 p.m. PT.

How much is a ticket for the event?

ZapConnect is a free event. Save your spot before you forget!

Where will the event take place? 

ZapConnect is 100% virtual, so you can tune in from anywhere.

Where can I find the agenda?

You can view the agenda on the ZapConnect site.

If you’ve already registered, you should have received access to the virtual event platform, so you can add sessions to your schedule ahead of time.

We’re excited for you to join us in September! Starting in August, we'll send you event updates and reminders via email. Two days before the event, you'll have access to our virtual event platform to create your event login and explore the event platform.

How do I access the event?

You can access the virtual event platform at zapconnect.com starting at 9 a.m. PT on September 21, two days before the event. If you forget where to go, don’t worry: we’ll send email reminders before the event starts. We also suggest bookmarking the event website!

How do I log in?

Two days before the event, you’ll get access to our virtual event platform to create your event login. At that time, you will receive an email with log in instructions. Once that email arrives, use the email address you registered with to set up your password and profile on our event platform at zapconnect.com.

I can’t attend. Do I need to cancel my registration?

We understand things come up! Because ZapConnect is a virtual event, there’s no need to cancel your registration. Most of the event content will be available for on-demand viewing for 30 days after the events ends. Just visit zapconnect.com when you’re ready to catch up on what you missed.

Will recordings be available?

Recordings will be available for up to four weeks on the ZapConnect event platform. Please note that select celebrity content and performances may not be available for on-demand viewing—so attend live to take full advantage of our programming!
