The purpose of this zap is to track an incentivized offer - we offer certain prospects some kind of prize or incentive to meet with us at our event booth during tradeshows. This zap ensures we have visibility into who is scheduling meetings as well as enabling a trigger we have in marketo related to attribution.

The workflow begins by capturing a webhook sent out by our scheduling platform, Revenue hero - this is triggered by a special booth meeting being booked.

From there, they are added to a google sheet for our marketing team to easily keep a pulse on the number of meetings being booked and which prospects are booking them.

Next, marketo looks for their existing lead record in our database - then they are added to a list within the marketo program which triggers the attribution stamping within marketo.
