**Problem: **Though some of the meeting apps like Google Meet have inbuilt transcription option, there are cases where you may not be the organizer or you join into a session on Teams or zoom externally organized. In such cases, it is tough to collate the meeting notes into one single process of note taking and some companies restrict note taking tools like Otter.ai etc.
Proposed Solution: Use an AI based speech to text transcriber like Assembly AI and incorporate into a Zap workflow leveraging CoPilot to capture the meeting as audio and then transcribe, use Zapier AI to analyze and arrive at key decisions, actions to follow on etc. Apart from this note taking, the Zap is also connected with Google Calendar to auto pull the attendees and emails of them. Based on the notes and key actions with ETA and follow up, the workflow is extended to send reminders on pending actions from the meeting.
