This Zap automates the process of auditing executive meetings by integrating directly with Google Calendar. Building on Jeremy Burrows’ original workflow, it expands the level of detail collected to support quarterly meeting audits that previously required hours of manual work per executive.

The system captures key meeting information - such as titles, times, attendees, and descriptions - and organizes it into a structured Google Sheet. This allows for streamlined reporting, faster insights, and improved visibility into how executive time is allocated.

While CoPilot was instrumental in building this workflow, minor refinements are ongoing to improve meeting type classification and invite detail capture.
