In this workflow, we create 4 different custom documents based on template forms from Google Docs and save them in our customer-specific folder in Google Drive. The customization comes from the data that we collect from our customers in our CRM software, Dubsado (much of which they input). These documents are built to meet Illinois standards, but we have several other similar zaps that are specific to other states.

This family of workflows has saved us thousands of hours over the last 4 years by removing the manual document creation and eliminating the human error that can occur with these kinds of repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
