Note: each Zap requires its own connection in SurveyCTO. To add a new connection, log in to your SurveyCTO server console, and navigate to the *Advanced: publishing form and dataset data to the cloud* section of the *Export* tab. Find the form that you would like to connect to Zapier and click *Configure*, and then click the *Add a Zapier connection* button. Optionally filter messages from a specific chat. Leave empty to get messages from all chats.

Select from the list of recently active chats, or enter a channel username starting with `@`. Note: your bot must be a member of the chat.

HTML and Markdown formats are limited to 4096 characters. Plain Text messages over 4096 characters will be split into multiple messages automatically.

Set to Yes if you want to disable link previews in your Telegram messages.

Photo to send. You can upload a file, provide a file ID of a photo that already exists on Telegram servers, or provide an HTTP URL for Telegram to get the photo from the internet.

Photo caption. Can include formatting if you select HTML or Markdown format below.
