The date of the training in ISO 8601 format "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z'". Example: "2025-05-01T18:00:00Z". You can provide a value with timezone information, and it will be converted to UTC, e.g. "2025-05-15T18:00:00+02:00".

The timezone of the training. as timezone value from the IANA Time Zone Database.

If certificate delivery type includes "Zipped to custom emails", you can provide up to three custom email addresses here.

The trainer's user ID for your trainer for this trainer. Please note, that this needs to be a valid Virtualbadge user ID, starting with "user_".

You can select up to three certificates to issue in one training.

Dynamic fields for certificates can be predefined at the training level. By default, dynamic fields are not predefined, and each recipient must provide values for all dynamic fields on the recipient form. If a dynamic field is predefined, the corresponding input field is removed from the recipient form, and each recipient in this training will have the same value for that dynamic field.

This pair of key values must correspond to the dynamic fields of the connected certificates. The key represents the name of the dynamic field, the value represents the value of the dynamic field.

If you provide dynamic name key that does not exist, it will be ignored and the Zap will still succeed.
