This workflow connects our face to face team with our scheduling sales team in real time. We have multiple events every week and even every day where we have team members out generating leads for us. We needed a way to not only capture those leads but make sure they are attributed to the correct event and team member. Then we needed to get that data into our CRM, dialer, and text and email platform right away.

First we had individual Zaps that were connected to our Google form that needed to be created and or updated for every event. This was a constant daily task for our team.

After some planning we were able to convert this into a single zap that can use multiple steps to parse the source and team member and get these leads to our scheduling team for immediate conversion with 100% accuracy and immediate speed.
