This Zap monitors incoming emails to your contact@*_.com inbox and automatically posts notifications to your Slack #team-customer-service channel. It includes a filter to exclude emails from _ (no-reply@****.com) to avoid spam notifications. When a new contact email arrives, it sends a formatted message to Slack with the sender details, subject, preview, and a link to the email, plus mentions @channel to alert the team.
