In this workflow we automatically update an open ActiveCampaign deal when we receive payment. Because our company has the ability to take payments from multiple sources we used a sub zap to hold the actions and multiple main zaps that trigger from the different payments sources (WooCommerce and a webhook from a financing option we offer).

The Sub-Zap moves the deal to two possible endpoints of the pipeline where a person can either mark the deal won, or reach out to the client prior to marking the deal won.

For the WooCommerce trigger, we filter using the "is in" list of the applicable products for this particular pipeline to prevent unnecessary runs. The Sub-Zap runs an API call to ActiveCampaign to be able to find the open deal in the specific pipeline. This workflow allows our pipelines to move automatically and prevent deals from backing up.
