Update hourly stochastic K and D in sheet

Hourly market snapshots can have misaligned rows and inconsistent date formats, leaving stochastic K/D values stale for analysts and models. This updates the current spreadsheet row with formatted dates and calculated K/D so analysts have accurate values each trading day.
