Update delivery collected date on matching order record

Your delivery webhooks aren't updating order rows, leaving collected dates blank and blocking same-day reconciliation. This writes the collected date to the order record for same-day reconciliation.

If delivery partners emit collected timestamps, your order records must reflect them or reconciliation stalls. This flow writes those timestamps into the order row so dispatch and accounting can reconcile shipments the same day.
