Update contact lead status and assign owner

When a contact's lead status flips to NEW without an associated company deal, your reps lose pipeline context and outreach becomes ineffective. This sets the contact to OPEN_DEAL and assigns the deal owner so sales coordinators have accurate pipeline context same day.
