Calendar bookings arrive without linked availability entries, so staff can’t see reserved bays. It sets those dates to Reserved in your availability table same day.
Overview
When calendar bookings don’t appear in your availability ledger, staff can’t confirm slots and double bookings happen. This flow writes calendar bookings as Reserved into your availability table, giving booking staff and the owner confirmed slots within minutes before the next booking window.
