Notify CSM, ops and accounting when members cancel

When a member is cancelled in your CRM, billing and coaching invite lists can stay active and cause extra charges or missed offboarding steps. This notifies CSM, ops, and accounting and confirms removals so billing stops and invites are cleared same day.
