Move shipped orders to out-for-delivery board and update tracking

When an order ships without board updates, fulfillment coordinators lack delivery status and cards stay in the wrong list, slowing follow-up. Move matching order cards, write tracking details and remove queued labels so coordinators see delivery status same day.
