Tickets aren't marked Complete when new user rows arrive, leaving onboarding tasks untracked. Completing tickets and setting a welcome flag lets client services start onboarding same day.
Overview
When your database indicates a user was created, update the corresponding ticket to Complete and set the welcome flag so client services can start onboarding without delay. That small change eliminates manual ticket updates and gets onboarding started same day.
