Unsubscribe user from HubSpot and Mailchimp, and notify via email

Unsubscribe users from email lists and notify them via email when they submit a form in HubSpot. Remove their email subscription in HubSpot, unsubscribe them in Mailchimp, and send a confirmation email through Zapier for clearer communication.
