“Anytime a new tag added to message is created in Front, create a measurement in Google Analytics. Later on, use Real-Time Event tracking in Google Analytics to look for Event Action (Front Tag Name) such as "Chat". Use Goal Verification tool to setup & configure your goal with the following: Event Category: Front Event Action: {Tags Name} Event Label: Front In my case, live chats are assigned the "Chat" tag by default. By configuring a goal with Event Action of "Chat" I can retrieve the true live chat conversations count from Front in Google Analytics.”
