“Made an alternate ZAP using New Item (in a Podio custom View) rather than New Action (of a NextAction in Podio), eliminating the **second Zapier filter I had in the initial ZAP. Trying this the leaner version with 4 steps rather than 5; whichever errs the least will win over here! Testing both for maybe 20 triggers (only 1 DEL cal. event ZAP on @a time!). I also think a non-instant ZAP will be better for this purpose, the delay allowing for a pinch o’error-room for the "oh sh*t I didn't mean to push Appt. Canceled!!" instances. This is probably going to be the better one ”
