How the template works:
When you add a new row with a call recording link in Google Sheets, the assistant:
- Reads the recording URL from the specified column in the spreadsheet.
- Transcribes the audio file using a transcription service and exports the full text.
- Analyzes the transcription against a predefined evaluation framework covering confidence, rapport, pain identification, action planning, and closing strategies.
- Calculates key metrics like total call duration and time spent in each phase (rapport, diagnosis, pain, action plan, and negotiation).
- Summarizes findings with concrete examples and improvement suggestions.
- Updates the original Google Sheets row with the evaluation summary.
