This agent automatically adds Zoom meeting links to Google Calendar events that have guests.

Streamline your scheduling process by ensuring that all your Google Calendar events with guests automatically include Zoom meeting links. This saves you time and ensures that your meetings are always set up for virtual participation.

This template uses an automation assistant to check your Google Calendar events for guests and add Zoom meeting links when necessary. When a new event is created, the assistant:

1. Checks if the event has guests.

2. If guests are present and no Zoom link exists, it creates a new Zoom meeting.

3. Adds the Zoom meeting details to the event's description and location fields.

4. Updates the Google Calendar event with the new information.

5. Sends a notification to a specified Slack channel with the details of the added Zoom meeting.
