This proof of concept tested whether AI-generated insights could be automated from a recurring survey. We already knew raw survey data could be fed into AI manually, but the challenge was scaling that process.

With this zap, survey responses are gathered until a set date, then the automation runs, summarizing results and layering on AI insights before sending them straight to my Outlook drafts. After a quick human review, the summary and insights are ready to share with stakeholders.
