Zap 1: Add Airtable records for new Calendly events

“When a Sales Call is booked via Calendly, this zap will automatically create a new record (or update an existing record) in your Airtable database and add a status of "Lead: Inquiry." Once you've completed the sales call and decide to move forward with a quote, change the Airtable status to "Lead: Quoting." This status update will automatically trigger an email from Airtable to the lead providing links to an invoice and contract. ”
