“Anytime a card reaches the "Launched" stage of our Operations/Onboarding trello board, the deal is automatically updated to this stage in Hubspot allowing for our Sales, Ops & Customer Success teams to work on the tools most useful to their way of working, without requiring replication of work to transfer needed info between teams.
Adaptable to any cross team workflow using a project management tool and sales CRM as component parts. Some variance may exist if using other platforms, but base principles should be sound.
