“Trigger - Anytime a proposal signed is created in Better Proposals: - A project space is created in Frame.io (using a unified formatting) - The previously created 'google doc' (in the proposal creation zap) with project info is emailed to all staff - In Trello, a new 'card' is added to the 'STORMWORKS PRODUCTION' board - A google drive folder structure is set up (using a unified formatting) - A new invoice is created in quickbooks with the associated amount and customer - An email is sent to the new client who has signed welcoming them and giving them a breakdown of what to expect / what happens next”
