This Zap gets the google form (quiz) from a folder in google drive. Then it takes the scores of the form and saves it to the Airtable with its' ID. In this case, I verified the forms with email but you can verify however you like. 
The Airtable updates the field of the corresponding quiz which is where the score will be recorded.
