We add a note to the placement record saying a reminder has been created. The calendar details include a link the consultant can click on to automatically send the candidate an email from their Gmail account asking them how their first week has been. You should align this workflow to a "Aftercare - Day 1" & Aftercare - Day 1 - Reminder" notes you configure in your placement note types in JobAdder.”
