Note: This Zapier integration identifies users by their name in Salesforce as we do not have access to the Salesforce username. If you have two sales people with the same name, we recommend changing one of their names (perhaps use a short form of their name or add a "2" on the end). If you don't, Watershed will track them as a single person.
