28 Apps in 28 Days: Every day this month, we’re launching a new connected service on Zapier.

Intercom is a fantastic tool for communicating with your users, from announcing new features to collecting feedback and seeing how they're interacting with your product to following up with them on a support issue. It's the easiest way to reach your customers - whether you send them an in-app message notification or an email. If you have a software product, Intercom is just one of those apps that makes sense to be using. And now with Zapier, you can hook it up to your bevy of other apps.

Connect Intercom with HipChat to get notifications for new users right inside your team's group chat app, such as Kato or Slack, or stream it into Campaign Monitor to add all new users to a subscription list. You can also now pipe new users into your preferred CRM, such as Salesforce, Base CRM or RelateIQ, or you could create a new Intercom user when someone signs up for your MailChimp mailing list.

Here’s a preview at some of the possibilities. For more see the Intercom Zapbook page.
