Upload video files to YouTube with a custom description using OpenAI.

“Anytime a new mp4 video file in folder is created in Google Drive, the file name is parsed to extract info used to create the episode title and number. The folder is then searched for a pdf file containing the episode description. This file is fed to GPT-4 using the ChatGPT integration and then sent to an Assistant that is fine-tuned on content marketing copywriting broadly, but also the brand voice and style guide of the podcast. The custom instructions (written by AI) direct it to follow a methodology to produce an engaging and keyword-optimized description that contains a summary and key highlights from the episode. This description is then uploaded to YouTube, along with the video file. Normally, this process takes me about an hour or so. For this podcast season, there are 8 episodes, which means I've saved 8-10 hours of work, or a full workday, for the small price of 30 minutes building the Zap. Amazing!”
