“Anytime a new form submission is created in Squarespace, format my data in Formatter by Zapier, format my data in Formatter by Zapier, etc. The Format steps are important for first name and last name otherwise Squarespace gives us formatting like {first=James} which would then be evident in your emails you send so wouldnt look great”
