“Anytime a contact score changed event is created in Plezi, this zap creates an opportunity in Sellsy (default score 40 or above). This zap also finds the associated company of the contact in Sellsy, and if it does not find the company, it creates the company in Sellsy based on the détails you use to create the company. You can change this to not create a company if you so wish. ”
