Google Calendar to Asana for Meeting Management

“This Zap triggers when a new event is created in Google Calendar. The first filter contains task usage by only continuing if the creator/owner of the event is the desired user (or users). Then, a second filter excludes internal meetings (e.g., 1:1s, hold, vacation, etc.). Formatter by Zapier is used to perform the necessary conversions for creating the task in Asana, as well as the subtasks for prep and follow-up. The prep task is configured to be due the Monday prior to the meeting. If the meeting is scheduled for Monday, the prep task will be assigned for the preceding Friday. The follow-up is configured to be due the same day as the meeting is scheduled.”
