“Anytime a new spreadsheet row is created in Google Sheets through the Surfe integration, Zapier will check if a lead with the same email address already exists on CapsuleCRM. If the lead is not in CapsuleCRM, the integration creates it as a new lead. IMPORTANT. When you connect Surfe to Google Sheets, a new spreadsheet named "Surfe - CRM" is created. The zap will ONLY work if you connect that spreadsheet. ”
