“1. When "Generate Invoice" button is clicked, Airtable will send a webhook containing the RecordID. 2. Zapier will catch that webhook, and find the record in Airtable using the RecordID. 3. Zapier will then find the [company-name] folder in Google Drive. If the folder does not exist, it will create one. 4. Next, Zapier will create a new invoice using the pre-defined Invoice Template in Google Drive and the information from Airtable. 5. Finally, Zapier will update the Airtable record with 2 links - one to edit the Google doc, and the second, to download the doc as PDF.”
