“This Zap is designed to send an email containing a PDF version of a certificate when members finish the final quiz. There are a few steps to setting this up. 1. In Influitive, create a webhook that triggers on the "Quiz Answered" event. Use the URL from this Zap's webhook stage in the 'Webhook Provider URL' and set the Format to 'JSON'. You will need to complete the Challenge as a test user to collect the data necessary for this Zap. 2. In Zapier, adjust the filter (Step 2) to filter for the name (the admin-facing Challenge Name) of the Challenge, which should trigger the certificate. 3. Create and design a one-slide Google Slides deck. This will be your certificate. Where the name of the individual should be populated, enter {{name}}. Zapier will replace {{name}} with the name of the member who completed the Challenge. 4. Write your celebratory email in the Gmail step. You will need to use HTML to format it (i.e. add line breaks, bold, etc). 5. In the same Gmail step, add an attachment. From the Attachment dropdown, choose the PDF version of the certificate slide from Step 3.”
