“Anytime a product purchase is created in ThriveCart, it creates or updates the purchase in ConvertKit. (ThriveCart doesn't do this by default, it will only add tags.) In particular, this Zap helps when a former subscriber on your list has unsubscribed (marked as Cancelled in Convertkit) but then purchases something new from you. Without this zap, you'd have to manually check and manually re-add. This solves that! With this zap, it will update the subscriber with a PURCHASE which will reactivate their subscription. ”
