Automate Excel updates for school emails

Anytime a new email is created in Microsoft Outlook, create spreadsheet row in Google Sheets. It allows me to manage my former e-mail address from my previous school without going to refresh the page (where I have to log in every time and spend time to do it). We could also add others e-mail adresses to this sheet to manage several address from several services (gmail, outlook, etc...) easily.
