Add listener in Hello Audio when new contact in GetResponse and add subscribe link to GR

“Whenever a customer signs up to a form for an audio course they are: 1 - added to the list 2 - adding them to the list triggers this workflow 3 - they are added to the related feed in HA 4 - when added to the feed their information is updated in GR NOTE - this does not track whether they subscribe in GR. This is only visible in HA. We do not care if they subscribe because as long as they are subscribed in HA then they will get the bonus episodes and links to questions etc.”
