2023 FOIA to Google Sheets

“This zap takes emails sent to a specific alias email address I have in Gmail that is set up to automatically label it as "FOIA" - this is important because the zap is triggered by a new email labeled "FOIA." The subject line is the tracking ID that I set up in a separate process to automatically be created every time I file a new FOIA (this is just done through a Google Form and the google sheets add-on "Copy Down" to automatically pull down the formulas to new rows in the sheet). The "sub zap" for this is a search step to search for the subject line from the email in my FOIA tracking spreadsheet. Then it creates a folder on Google Drive with that same ID, uploads the email attachment and puts a link to that folder in the same row of my FOIA tracking sheet.”
