  • Improve the reliability of our data processes so that we never lose data
  • Enable our data science team to spend more time on analysis by taking over their important infrastructure and engineering tasks
  • Standardize data science work and production machines (likely using Kubernetes)
  • Design and launch continuous integration to increase the reliability of data pipelines

  • Give back to the community via open source and blog posts
  • Help customers via support to ensure they have the best experience possible

About Zapier

For the past five years, Zapier has been helping people across the world automate the boring and tedious parts of their job. We do that by letting anyone connect the web applications they already use without any code.

  • We believe that there are jobs that a computer is best at doing, and jobs that a human is best at doing. We want to empower businesses everywhere to create processes and systems that let computers do what they are best at doing and let humans do what they are best at doing.
  • We believe that with the right tools, you can have 10X the impact with less work.
  • We believe in small teams. Small teams are fast and nimble. Small teams mean less bureaucracy, less management, and more progress.
  • We believe that customer service is what makes great products. Everyone does support at Zapier because when everyone does support, everyone puts the customer at the center of their role.
  • We believe that credentials don't say everything. Our CTO has a finance degree. Our CEO has an engineering degree. Our CPO has a mechanical engineering degree. What you love doing is way more important than the credentials you have.
  • We believe in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. All teammates at Zapier agree to a code of conduct.
