The Senior Partner Marketing Specialist is a new role within Zapier’s marketing department and will support a new initiative, Zapier Experts. This initiative has had a ton of early success and is ready for the right person to come in and build demand for the program through compelling content, campaigns, and nurture programs. You'll experiment on ways both Zapier customers and Experts can discover the value of the Zapier Experts Program and scale what works. This is a big impact opportunity.

About You

  • You have 5+ years experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a role where you've surfaced help for customers who are stuck along their journey.
  • You have proven impact in creating campaigns and services for small business customers.
  • You have worked with product marketing, email, and content teams to set a roadmap and accomplish a goal.
  • You can create a vision and roadmap where you bring others along with you.
  • You have a deep knowledge of surfacing leads and bringing them along a user/partner journey.
  • You’re scrappy and know how to prioritize projects, improve processes, analyze data, communicate needs/learnings, and scale impact in a new and changing program.
  • You’re experienced in building data driven hypotheses, validating them quickly and being accountable for results.
  • You’re committed to being an awesome teammate. You work with appropriate urgency but are able to motivate cross functional teams with your passion and vision.

Things You’ll Do

  • Find areas along the users' journey where a Zapier Expert would help drive them deeper into the product and build tests and evergreen campaigns around these milestones.
  • Drive the strategy, creation and execution of marketing campaigns that engage, recruit, incentivize, and enable new and existing Zapier Experts. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive Experts to take desired actions by fulfilling perks with marketing services.
  • Creatively solve problems through both quantitative and qualitative analysis and share insights that drive change
  • Work with data teams to build appropriate dashboards and communicate wins and learnings of the Experts program back to stakeholders.

The Whole Package

Location: Remote, North America 

Our distributed environment lets us work with the best people. You don't have to be located in the USA either. Some team members live in the United Kingdom, Thailand, India, Nigeria, Taiwan, Guatemala, New Zealand, Australia, and more! You just need the skills and drive to succeed in this role and the ability to work from anywhere.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary (we don't use remote as an excuse to pay less)

  • 14 weeks paid leave for new parents of biological or adopted children
  • Pick your own equipment. We'll set you up with whatever Apple laptop + monitor combo you want plus any software you need.
  • Unlimited vacation policy. Plus we require you to take at least 2 weeks off each year. We see most employees take 4-5 weeks off per year. This isn't a vague policy where unlimited vacation means no vacation.
  • Travel of 5% - 10% for company retreats which rotate to various cities throughout North America. We will resume retreats when it’s safe to travel again. Retreats typically take place twice a year as a company, once a year as a team. All expenses paid (flights, meals, transportation, etc.).
  • Work with awesome companies around the world. We partner with great software companies all over the world and you'll constantly get to interact with people from these great companies

*While we take care of our international folks as best we can, currently, healthcare and retirement plans are only available to UK, Canada, and US-based employees.
