When you create a LiveChat Zap, you'll be asked to enter your email and your LiveChat Personal Access Token (PAT).
To locate your Personal Access Token in your LiveChat account, please follow these steps:
- In your LiveChat account, create a Personal Access Token by going to the Developer Console.
- Copy the PAT to your clipboard.
- Paste your PAT back into your Zapier account.
- Click Continue.
If all steps were successful your LiveChat account will now be successfully connected.
