How to Get Started with LiveChat

When you create a LiveChat Zap, you'll be asked to enter your email and your LiveChat Personal Access Token (PAT).

To locate your Personal Access Token in your LiveChat account, please follow these steps:

  1. In your LiveChat account, create a Personal Access Token by going to the Developer Console.
  2. Copy the PAT to your clipboard.
  3. Paste your PAT back into your Zapier account.
  4. Click Continue.

If all steps were successful your LiveChat account will now be successfully connected.
