When you create a Maximizer Zap, you'll be asked to select your environment and enter your Maximizer Customer ID.
To locate your Customer ID/address book:
- Log into your Maximizer account
- Navigate to Administration
- Click on Desktop & Mobile setup and find the Mobile Access URL. The last part of the URL is your Customer ID/Address book.
Paste your Customer ID back into your Zapier account, then click “Continue.” If using Maximizer on-premise, you can fill out additional fields.
If all steps were successful, your Maximizer account will now be successfully connected.
