The first thing you’ll need to do to get Fulcrum hooked up with Zapier is to add your Fulcrum account. Once you’ve selected the Fulcrum trigger you want to use, you’ll be prompted to connect to Fulcrum:
To find your API key, go into the Settings in your Fulcrum account and select API Key from the left menu. Copy the key and paste into the popup in Zapier.
Once you’ve got it connected up, click “Test Account” and Zapier will check to make sure it’s all working properly.
If you’ve done it incorrectly, you’ll get a "401: Unauthorized" error message.
Setting up the Webhook
After connecting to your Fulcrum account, Zapier will give you a webhook URL that you’ll need to copy and paste into your Fulcrum account’s webhook settings:
Now go into your Fulcrum Settings panel and select the API Webhooks section from the sidebar menu. Select Add New Webhook to create one. Give it a descriptive title and paste in Zapier’s special webhook URL:
