Symptoms

You may see these Facebook Lead Ads errors when using the New Leads trigger: "Problem creating webhook subscription" or "Webhook subscription not found"

Causes

Zapier doesn’t have CRM access in your Facebook Lead Ads account for:

  • The Facebook page used in the Zap.
  • Business Manager.

How to fix it

Reset your Facebook Leads Access CRM permissions and grant Zapier CRM access.

Once that's done, reconnect your Facebook Lead Ads account toin Zapier:

  • Go to the My Apps page.
  • Search for and select the app you want to connect.Click the name of the app.
  • Click the three dots dropdown menu beside the connection and .
  • From the dropdown menu, select Reconnect.
  • A new browser tab or window will open. Follow the instructions to connect your app account.
