Trouble passing along your custom fields

If the custom field isn't showing up at all, make sure that there is shorthand code specified in the YCBM form settings.

If you have a space in your custom field shorthand code, it will not send the value of the field, just the name in brackets. For example, a shorthand code of "First Name" will send a value of '{FIRST NAME}' to us like this:

To resolve this you'll want to remove the space in your YouCanBook.me account to be like "FirstName" or "First-Name" and then re-map that field your Zap to refresh the field selection.

The Zap is not getting YouCanBook.me Hooks

YouCanBook.me batches up sending of webhooks to a run about every five minutes. If you're trying to setup a Zap and not receiving the hook, wait and test just beforethe 5-minute mark and the hooks should come through.
