Common Problems with Plezi on Zapier

Does the Plezi account need any special account permissions?

Users of one instance ask for our permission to get its dedicated API key.

The first time they need it, we generate this new key.

All users with a « marketing role » (vs. sales role) in our app can then find this API key anytime they need it in their settings (see the step-by-step instructions previously described)
