Common Problems with Contacts+ on Zapier

New Business Cards Aren’t Triggering My Zap!

Check that the “Send Card To” option is enabled when submitting a business card for transcription. Select the checkbox next to the Zap names(s) to enable it. After it's enabled, it will always default to sending to the selected Zap(s) going forward.
